SEA-DOO RXT-X 260 RS DOMINATES AT THE BRP 2010 AUSTRALIAN PWC ENDURO TITLES
The Sea-Doo RXT-X 260 RS proves its industry leading race capacity across the Runabout competition categories in Round 3 of the Australian Enduro Titles.

Australia, May, 2010 – Round three of the Sea-Doo BRP 2010 Australian PWC Endurance Titles and Club Enduro Racing Series Finals saw the recently released Sea-Doo RXT-X 260 RS dominate affairs by taking out all three race categories held on Sydney's Botany Bay.

Although the Sea-Doo flags were already flying high as the events title sponsor, Anthony Antees had to fight hard against a solid line-up of other PWC's to ensure his RXT-X 260 RS claimed victory in the Runabout Open class. The power and reliability delivered by the Rotax 4-TEC engines combined with the racing prowess of the riders meant that the Sea-Doo's ate up the three 35 minute heats and dominated the sharp end of the field.

For Sea-Doo the success continued in the Runabout Stock class, Kylie Ellmers perfectly rode her RXT-X 260 RS to a win, with another Sea-Doo hot on her heels in second.

The Open Runabout Teams provided entertaining on-water action with the duo of Gregoire Dupont and Mick Crossland pushing the pace to conquer the field. The Open Teams was again a stand out performance for Sea-Doo, with a 1-2 result by the dominant RXT-X 260 RS.
The fierce racing saw many competitors drop out due to technical difficulties but the Sea-Doo RXT and RXP models handled the conditions perfectly. The ROTAX 4-TEC engines again lived up to their legendary reputation, backed with their Closed-Loop Cooling Systems, superior power-to-weight ratios and X-Series racing features Sea-Doo, and in particular the RXT-X 260, dominated the competition in every class.

Thanks must go to St.George Sailing Club for hosting the day. It was a picturesque day of racing next to the Captain Cook Bridge with a great family atmosphere and fun "clown" entertainment for the kids with face-painting and balloon making. Overall it was a great day out for BRP Sea-Doo and all competitors and their family and friends.
